Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) - Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant that is made naturally in the body and also found in foods. It is used to break down carbohydrates and to make energy. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) - It's required for the proper development of the skin, lining of the digestive tract, blood cells, and brain function.
